Last Man Standing

April 1, 2013 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

SoCal’s only open ski resorts are Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. How are we the last ones standing? Thanks to our incredible top of the line snowmaking system a nearly inexhaustible water supply from Big Bear Lake, we are able to build up the deepest base during winter months, which then allows us to enjoy the snow into April.

Best Snow Conditions

March 19, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

This weekend’s snow storm left 28 to 32 inches of fresh powder in its wake and blue skies are forecast for the rest of the week! The packed powder and powder conditions are the best they’ve been all season long. Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are nearly 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} open and we’re just a tank of gas away round trip

Today at The Park

January 19, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

We’re looking at another beautiful sunny day with a high of 58 degrees. Midweek is our favorite time to ride- lift lines are short and the runs aren’t too crowded. If you haven’t gotten to experience the midweek fun yet, now’s the time.
