Mid-week mayhem! We received a couple inches of snow on Monday and now we are looking at sunny skies for the rest of the week. Today’s forecast is sunny with a high of 56.

With such a significant drop in temps from last week, we’re taking advantage of the snowmaking window and pumping it out at every opportunity. We kept it on all night last night and will turn it back on as soon as conditions are just right. Today we’re looking at sunny skies again with a high of only 52 and a surface that ranges from machine groomed packed powder to hard pack.

Skiing and Snowboarding are a great way to spend your winter vacations. Make reservations online , arrive early for parking and hit up Chairs 7 and 10 for the best snow. We have nearly 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} of runs open, very good coverage and the deepest snow base in California. Today is sunny with a high of 66, so bust out those sweatshirts and sunglasses, and don’t forget the sunblock! Remember that your lift ticket is also good at Bear Mountain, so hop on the free shuttle and check out The People’s Park.
