USASA started the day at Powder Bowl for the Boardercross competition. People came from all over to compete today, a few from Mammoth, some from Tahoe, LA, OC, and our surrounding areas

Our base depth is 8-24″ on top of that we received 5 inches of new snow in the last 48 hours. It’s going to be a Super Sunday! The competition that featured amateur riders took place earlier today at The Scene.

Better late than never! After a month long warm spell and a snow drought we are back to winter.

With this weekends storm we received 2-4 inches of natural snow and cooler temps that have allowed us to begin making snow. Weather reports predict more snow showers throughout the week and we will continue to make snow as conditions permit.
