What a pleasant surprise this storm has brought! We’re now at 8-11 inches of natural snowfall and we’re ready to start snowmaking as soon as we get a chance! Be sure to join us this weekend and if you’re traveling through the mountain area you’ll want to keep up with our Snow Report for all the latest updates including road conditions! An Eventful Day of Snowfall!
HDHR always gets us fired up for the upcoming snow season, but when the Annual Surfside Snow Carnival rolls around we know it’s time to start getting seriously ready for winter! And it’s that time again! Come hang out with us and just about the entire snow sports industry for a fun and sun filled day of getting excited for skiing and riding ! As always there will be huge sales on gear, give-a-ways , games with prizes and a chance to see all of the latest gear from your favorite manufacturers ! We will be there in the BBMR booth and look forward to seeing you- if you have any questions about your Cali4nia Pass or other pass issues make sure to stop by and let us help out. We’re open today for skiing and snowboarding today with some fresh POWDER! The current storm has brought us some 9″ of fresh snow and it’s not showing signs of stopping anytime soon! Drive safe today! It will take you some extra time to get up here but the conditions will be worth it! Don’t forget your tire chains, they are required on all vehicles except those with 4wd and awd with snow tires on highways 18 and 38. Highway 330/18 the front way is closed but plans to reopen this morning. Check CalTrans for the latest road information.

We don’t call it SNOW Summit for nothin! We received 14-16 inches of powder Friday night and we have the best snow coverage in So Cal with the most open terrain. Enjoy the spring conditions these last couple of days. Snow Summit will be open through at least Tuesday, April 17th .

We love March miracles! This latest storm left behind 6 inches of powder and clear blue skies. Today’s high is 44 degrees. The rest of the week looks amazing too with the sun shining and temps in the 50′s.
