More Snow Than Those Other Bro’s
Here at Bear Mountain we offer terrain park features for all ability levels. Our Skill Builder Parks are a perfect setting for pushing your riding to the next level without having to tackle the big intimidating features in fact well over half of our features are rated for beginner level riders. We also have a terrain based learning program called Freestyle Camp at the Park, which provides instruction on features from one of our experienced coaches! If you want to progress your terrain park skills, Bear Camp is the route to take!
Bear Mountain has the largest beginners area in SoCal and believe it or not the majority of our features are built for beginners! A smaller jib or jump can provide the feel of riding like the pros without risking it all. For some of our beginner features check out one of our Skill Builder Parks. Skill Builder Park zones are located on Amusement Park and Easy Street

Today War Of Rails was nothing short of spectacular, and the best is yet to come! We saw the amateurs charging the mind blowing course and the top 20 will move on to tomorrows competition to go against top professionals from all over the world! Enjoy sunny skies, highs around 40 and excellent midwinter conditions all week long at Snow Summit! Friday’s snow storm dropped 18 inches of snow, with an additional 2 inches Friday night and 2-4 more inches on Sunday night, bringing our weekend storm total to 24 inches! We’ve also been making snow the past few nights and have a packed powder surface today.

Excellent Midwinter Conditions
We received 1-3 inches of fresh snow yesterday! The new snow plus our recent snowmaking is allowing our park staff to create the best park we have seen all season! With updates and changes almost nightly, the park has endless possibilities for all skill levels. The top of Chair 9 has a completely re-made jump plus 2 down bars, one of which has been a Bear Mountain favorite for years: TEX! Chair 8 is now open accessing Geronimo for you speed seekers. Easy Street, Inspiration and Accelerator are open for those just learning.
