We’re putting our guests first and providing all access to Two Full Service Mountain Resorts unlike other SoCal mountains.
Snow Conditions
Got snow? We do, and plenty of it! Despite the lack of snow in other California regions, Big Bear Mountain Resorts has been fortunate with snowmaking and early season snowfalls providing snow depths of 1-3 feet, very good snow coverage and nearly 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} open runs- that’s almost 438 rideable acres! Beat the heat and head up here to Bear where we have been making snow recent nights and the snow conditions are better than you might think. Enjoy the wide open runs and the most terrain park features in So Cal

More SNOWmaking!
With such a significant drop in temps from last week, we’re taking advantage of the snowmaking window and pumping it out at every opportunity. We kept it on all night last night and will turn it back on as soon as conditions are just right. Today we’re looking at sunny skies again with a high of only 52 and a surface that ranges from machine groomed packed powder to hard pack.

Snowmaking started up Saturday night and we kept it on around-the-clock until early this morning. Enjoy sunny skies through the rest of the week with a surface that ranges from machine groomed packed powder to hard pack. Regular season rates are in effect.

Director of Park Development, Clayton Shoemaker, is planning on making even more changes this coming week; so there will be plenty to look forward to
